IN ABSENCE OF CASHIER, NEWCASTLE BANK CLOSES State Examiners Order Action and ReReceiver WIII He Appointed-Large Discrepancy in Accounts. [Special to The Times-Dispateh.] NEWCASTLE, VA., March 23.-The doors of the Bank of Newcastle were closed to-day by State bank examiners. and a receiver will be appointed at once to take charge of its affairs. A discrepancy of about $30,000 has been found. H. W. Yoder, cashier of the bank, left several days ago for New York. The last seen or heard of Mr. Yoder was on last Monday at Eagle Rock, on his return from New York. Mr. Yoder has been suffering severely with his head and spine since he received a fall from a passenger train several months ago.
