Court News Verdict for $300 A jury in Lynchburg circuit court yesterday awarded Kirby E. Viar three hundred dollars damages in his suit against L. C. Wright and L. Forbes, restaurant proprietor, which was the outgrowth of a motorcycle-automobile collision.
