PECIAL COMMISSIONER'S OFFICE Room No. 8, Alexandria Nat'l Bank Bldg., Alexandria, Virginia. To F. F. Marbury, Lewis Hoofi, John P. Robinson, Laurence Stabler, the Mercantile-Railway Building and Loan Association of Alexandria, Virginia, and Douglass Stuart, receiver of the said The Mercantile-Railway Building and Loan Association of Alexandria, Virginia, the creditors and stockholders of said association and all whom this may concern: Take notice That I have fixed upon WEDNESDAY, the 12th day of April, 1911, at ten o'clock a. m., at the office of the Mercantile-Railway Building and Loan Association of Alexandria, Virginia, corner of Prince and Fairfax streets, in the said city of Alexandria, Virginia, as the time and place when I will proceed to execute the decree rendered by the Circuit Court of the city of Alexandria, Virginia, on the 10th day of March, 1911, in acertain suit in chancery therein depending, wherein F. F. Marbury ets ais are complainants and the Mercantile-Railway Building and Loan Association of Alexandria, Virginia, a corporation, is the defendant, wherein I am required to ascertal and report as ollows: First. The assets of the MercantileRailway Building and Loan Association. both real estate and personal property, giving a full description of real estate owned by said association. its market and assessed value, the liens, if any, thereon, with the amounts and priorites; also giving a full description of the personal property of the said association. Second. The creditors of the Mercantile-Railway Building and Loan Association and how the indebtedness is evidenced; also whether there is any preference between said creditors. Third. The stockholders of said association and the amount due each, the classes of said stockholders and whether any of said stockholders are entitled to a preference. Fourth. The amount due by the borrowing stockholders of said association in accordance with the decree heretofore rendered in this cause. Fifth. Any other matter or thing that any party in interest may require or that said special commissioner may deem proper. And that at the time and place herein named all persons interested in this cause and in the terms of the aforesaid decree are required to attend, and to produce such books, papers or other evidence as may be necessary to support their claims.
