May 3.+The depositors in the West Texas Bank of San Antonio did not receivé their deposits on May 1, as announced by John S. Patter son, commissioner of banking and insur ancé. Application for a receiver for an injunction restraining the payments of any depositor was filed Saturday and Judge Tayloe granted a temporary restraining order and set the hering for Wednesday morning.
