Welearn from an officer of the Lawrenceburg Bink-which since its suspension, has been winding up -that the present outstanding C.Fenlation of that bank is less than $32,000,and we are assured, that the bank possesses more than ample means 10 liquidate its liabilities. It will be remembered that the charter of this bank makes the stockholders responsible in their individnal property for its liabilities, and as they are all wealthy men, there is no danger of holders of the notes of the bank sustaining any loss. The bank is winding up its offairs as speedily as possible. There is no demand for the issues of the Exchange Bank, and we hear nothing throwing any light upon its condition.
