Receivership W. P. Massey, as one of the creditors of the Bank of Finger, has filed a bill in chancery court, praying for appointment of receiver, etc., to wind up the affairs of the bank. The bill shows liabilities of about $30,000, with available assets about $18,000. F. J. Floyd was appointed receiver and bond fixed at $20,000. Creditors are enjoined from bringing Independent suits, and must prosecute their claims in the pending suit. If the indemnity bond of $10,000 is collected it is thought, with all the assets, that the bank will pay out in full.
