The First State Bank, a banking corporation. of Wood, South Dakota. is insolvent and has been taken charge of by the Superintendent of Banks of the State of South Dakota. forthepurpose of liquodation under the provision of Article 1, Chapter 1. Part 18. of Title 6, of the Revised Code of 1919 of the State of South Dakota. BE IT REMEMBERED, That all persons claiming to be creditors of the First State Bank, Wood, South Dakota, are hereby called upon and required to make proof of claim of suchcredit, and file the same with the Superintendent of Banks at his office in Pierre, South Dakota. on or before the 10th day of January,.1924. This notice is being published forten consecutive weeks in the Mellette County Pioneer Wood. South Dakota. and a copy of this notice is being mailed to the last known address of all persons whose names appear on the books of said bank as creditors thereof. together with a blank appropriate for making proof of claim and necessary instructions. Also a letter setting out a statement of the condition of the bank at the time of suspension, and brief data as provided by the statute relative tothe cause of suspension.
