M., on said date and show cause, if any, why such Petition should not be granted. AND IT IS FURTHER ORDERED That copy of this Notice of Hearing be published in the Pioneer-Times, legal newspaper published in the City of Deadwood, state of South Dakota, for two successive weeks next before the date fixed for such hearing and that the first publication thereof be at least ten days prior to such hearing.
