Dowling. will be recalled. manded and received year's salary of and bonus before he entered upon his duties with the bank. The receivnow say they are willing to Dowling per month for the time he actually gave his president of the bank, but want him to refund the rest of the money. will probably take lot of court action to break Dowling loose from this money apparently very smart man, doubt has placed the money out of reach of the courts. salary of $34,000 for year's work president of an institution the size the Peoples State Bank seems of all reason.
