CITIZENS BANK CLAIMS ARE SOLD Stockholders' Liability And Real Estate Bought Claims of the defunct Citizens Bank and Trust Co. totaling $130,268.38. those of the Citizens Trust Co. totaling $3,203.13 and stockholders' liability of the above bank totaling $35,800 were sold today in front of the bank building for $2,599.52 by the National Union Bank, receiver, with B. T. Dickson, trust officer, in charge. A final liquidating dividend cannot be declared, said Mr. Dickson, until 30 days have elapsed to ascertain whether bids on real estate sold will be raised. The sale was made pursuant to court order, with J. F. Wingate as auctioneer. In the list following. persons against whom the claims existed are first named, the amount of the claim is second, the amount it sold for is third and the purchaser is named last.
