Upon the application of Nathan F. Dixon for an order of notice to the bill-holders of the Hopkinton Bank and claim-nts upon the Receiver. It is adjudced, ordered and decreed that the said Dixon cause a notice to be published in the Providence Journs, Chicago Tribune and New York Tri-bune, directing the holders of the bil's of sald Hopkinton Bank and the calmants upon the Receiver thereof, to bring in end present the bills of gald Bank, and their cisims upon sald Receiver, at the Hopkinton Bank in Westerly, on or betore the fifteenth day of March, 1963, or their claims shali be forever barred na against End Receiver; shid 1 otice to he published for at lost two months after the fifteenth day of Docomber, 1961.
