Bank of Mobile hereby notily all the THE COM COMMISSIONERS of the Planters and creditors of said Bank to present their claims to the Secretary of the Board at the office of said Bank in the city of Mobile, on or before the first day of January, A D., 1846. Illclaime not so presented will be forever barred, agreeably to the provisions of the 3rd Section of the act of the Legislature, entitled "An act to amend the laws heretofore enacted, for the final settlement of the affairs of the Planters and Merchants Bank of Mobile," approved the 24th January, 1845, a copy of which section is published below.
