Federal Judge W. B. Sheppard yesterday made an order confirming the sale of 74-100 interest in lots 1 and 2, block 1 of the Maplewood plat in Montgomery, the sale having been consummated by C. D. Hamner, receiver of the old First National Bank of this city. The sale was made as an asset to the defunct institution. The purchaser of the tract was L. B. Whitfield.
