Continue Sessions. - Sessions of nonsupport court, which were to have been held on Monday, and argument court, on Wednesday. have been continued again because of the epidemic. No date for hearing the cases which have been listed, has been announced yet. Ask For Charter. - Application has been made for a charter for the St. Paul's Evangelical Lutheran Church, at Sand Hill. The board of trustees includes: Levi B. Nye, Hummelstown. R. D., 1; S. S. Wanamaker and William S. Haak, Middletown, R. D., 2. The charter has been granted. Letters on Est - Letters of administration ha been issued by Deputy Register of Wills James C. Miles in the following estates: Earl C. Cover. to the widow, Martha M. Cover: John Henry Boyer. to Mary E. Boyer, and Luther L. Newman, to Robert J. Nelson. all of the city. The will of Mary E. Ellicker was probated and letters issued to W. C. Ellicker. this city. Get Building Permit. - A building permit has been issued to the Pennsylvania Railroad Company for the remodeling of 441 Market street. at a cost of $1,800. Issue Licenses. - More than 7,900 hunting licenses have been issued so far this season by County Treasurer Mark Mumma. Settle Escheat Case. - Unless exceptions are filed final settlement will be made within a month of the escheat proceedings of the state to get unclaimed funds of the Fifth Avenue Savings and Loan Association. McKeesport. Harry S. Calvert as receiver of the Mercantile Trust Company, Pittsburgh. which at one time was receiver of the former bank, has the funds now. Under the order just made by the County Court, John W. Thompson. as escheator for the state. will receive $768.31 as unclaimed funds, and 10 per cent. of $933.49. the claimed deposits. to pay the expenses of the scheat proceeding. The balance of the $933 will be distributed among a number of claimants. and the other money will be given to the state. Thomas C.
