ANOTHER BANK FAILURE Marianna, Pa., Dec. 9.-The Farmers' and Miners' Bank here was closed today and Bank Examiner James W. McBurney, took charge. It is a state institution, with a capital of $50,000, deposits of about $100,000 and reserves of $5,000. Interests identilied with the Pittsburg-Buffalo Coal Company, for which receivers were appointed in Pittsburg last Saturday, are closely identified with the bank.

# NOTICE OF AUDIT In the Court of Common Pleas of Dauphin County, Pennsylvania - No. 177 Commonwealth Docket, 1913 - Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, Ex Rel. John C. Bell, Attorney General, vs. Farmers and Miners Bank of Marianna, Pa. NOTICE is hereby given that the undersigned auditors appointed by the Court of Common Pleas of Dauphin County, Pa., to audit the first and final account of David M. McCloskey, Receiver of the Farmers and Miners Bank of Marianna, Pa., and to make distribution of the balance shown due thereby in accordance with the provisions of the Act of April 23, 1909 (P. L. 167), will attend to the duties of their appointment at the banking room of the Farmers and Miners Bank of Marianna, Pa., at Marianna, Washington County, Pa., on Tuesday, the 4th day of December, 1917, at 10:30 o'clock A.
