SUED FOR $200,000 Trust Co. Receiver Seeks to Recover From Estate of Charles H. Locher. Lancaster, Pa., Sept. 18.-J. Harry Rathfon. receiver of the City Saving Fund and Trust company, brought suit against the estate of Charles H. Locher for $200,000. It is averred that when Locher was president of the institution he borrowed that amount from the company without the knowiedge of the directors, and used the money In his private ventures or lent It to members of his family.
