The reday. port was confirmed by the Court toThe judgment represents the unpaid indebtedness which the sale of the old company's property failed to liquidate. The property was sold for $50,000. and of this sum $43,188.45 was left for distribution after all the expenses had been paid. Just $30,000 worth of bonds against which no claim had been made were declared uncollectable hereafter. These bonds were never presented for payment. The whole plan carries out the reorganization plan of the company.
