Petition Failed To Sell All Assets Of Old Seaside Bank The receiver for the defunct First State bank of Seaside has petitioned the circuit court for thority to advertise and sell all assets of the bank order to wind up the affairs of the institution. The petition also requests authority to conclude sale certain assets individual sales which will bring in $500 or $600 for some $50,000 worth claims. The bank has already paid out per cent of the claims against according to Olson, deputy receiver in charge of the affairs of the institution.
