$887.78. Attorney Emil Hummel was granted a foreclosure judgment of $1,590.95 against William B. Brown. To-day's short calendar session was a lengthy one. Judgment was entered in accordance with a stipulation in the foreclosure suit of John Bugailiskis against Kleofas Povilaitis. In the case of the Waterbury Savings bank against Jacob Wilensky, decision was reserved on a motion for the acceptance of the receiver's report, the receiver was allowed $50 and funds now on hand were ordered handed over to the Merchants Trust company. On the motion of Ernest Kenyon to be made a party defendant in the case of Ray R. Roberts against the Kenyon Bearings and Auto Parts company, Inc, the court reserved decision and entered judgment in accordance with a stipulation in the case of Mattia Locatelli, New York Branch, Inc, against Jacob Gartzman. The court ordered a disclosure of defense in one week in the case of the Naugatuck Savings bank against Raymond W. Hunter and also granted permission for the filing of an amended complaint. Judgment by stipuation was entered in the case of the Standard Collection Agency Inc against Baron J. Torkomian. A limitation of time in which to cite in other defendants was granted in the case of Mrs W. M. Goss and Frank Miler against Samuel Rozenweig. In the case of Henry Weyand against the Liberty Oil company a motion for foreclosure went over one week and judgment was entered against non-appearing defendants. Pleadings were ordered filed in two weeks in the case of Walter Rubek against Peter Mukosey. Disclosure of defense was ordered in the case of the Waterbury Savings bank against Margaret M. Howell. Judgment of foreclosure was allowed in the case of Belle Zucker against Maria Manucci Anastasio. Similar action was taken in the case of John Sloksnaitis against Fortunato Ardito, no defense being offered. Disclosure of defense was ordered in the case of Ida Miller against Mary Alishauskas. An answer in one week was directed in the suit of the Mattatuck Lumber company against Carl G. Mattson. In the case of Anton Hassinger against Alex Bacun, disclosure of defense was ordered in one week. A one-month's continuance in which to file papers was granted in the case of the city of Waterbury against Edward L. Parker.
