ASSETS $15,000 ED BURNEY MADE RECEIVER By Judge Dickerson-A New Bank Will be Organized at Once The Bank of Rush Springs suspended business yesterday morning. Judge Diskerson was notified soon after the bank closed and he ap poiuted a receiver at once, Ed Burney being named. According to notification received here the liabilities of the bank are between $30,000 and $35,000 while the assets are abont $15,000. The bank had a capital stock of $20,000. It is stated that the failure of the bank is attributed to guaranteeing a feed bill for a large cattle feeder, Stephan Brown, cashier of the bank, is well known as a bright young business man and has always possessed the entire confidence of the business community. Rush Springs will not be without a e bank very long. Ed F. Johns, cashier of the Citizens National Bank, has already taken the prelimitary steps necessary to starting a national bank. He went to Rush Springs last night to look over the situation and stated that he expects to organize the First National Bank of Rush Springs.

In the United State- Court in and for in Southern District of the Indian Territory Chickasha, In the matter of the Receiver ship of the Fank of Rush Springs, Be it known that on this the 10th day of September, 1906, this cause came on to be heard upon the applacation for the court to fix the time in which creditors of the Bank of Rush Springs may prove their claims against the estate of said Bank of Rush Springs by filing same with the receiver, and the court being fully advised in the premises and being of the opinion that the time should be limited. Dickerson, Judge of the United States court in and for the Southers District of the Indian Territory, at Chickasha, upon the application of the receiver herein for add tional time in which to permit creditors of said Bank of Rush Springs to file with him, their accounts and the court being fully advised in the premises is of the opinion that additional time should be given, It is therefore ordered, adjudged, and decreed by the court that all parties shall, by Jany 1st. 1907, file or cause to be filed with F.
