Description

Articles indicate the First National Bank of Poteau failed and a receiver (Irving Page) was appointed by Feb 1925; later the receiver pays dividends and sues the fidelity bond company. No article describes a depositor run or reopening — the bank is defunct and being wound up. I corrected OCR typos (e.g., 'Frist' -> 'First').
