Miami Bank Closes. MIAMI. Okla., Dec. 12.-The Miami Trust and Savings Bank, one of the oldest banking institutions of the city, failed to open its doors this morning. Inability to realize on loans was given by bank officials as the reason for suspension. The last official statement of the bank showed deposits ag. gregating approximately $275,000 and loans and discounts totaling $315,692. The institution is a state bank.
