THE editor of the evening sheet is enthusiastically exercising the "two columns" he recently so graciously tendered Marshal Nix, in apologizing for the groundless charges he made against that gentleman as receiver of the Commercial bank. Verily, verily, the unrighteous shall see ghosts grapple with spectres, and drink of the bitter cup of their own brewing.
