Enid Bank Closed by State Board Assistant State Bank Commissioner R. C. Stuart Wednesday took charge of the Garfield Exchange bank, and pending reorganization the doors were closed. Heavy withdrawals in preparation for harvest is given as the principal reason for the bank's suspension. The board announced that a complete re-organization will be effected possibly Thursday. J.A Butler, the president of the bank died three weeks ago.
