TERRITORY BANKS FAIL. Both Concerns Had Strong Rating With Financial Firm. Chickasha, I. T., Aug. 1.-Yesterday afternoon A. M. Dick in behalf of the creditors of the Rush Springs bank filed a petition in the clerk's office asking that a receiver be appointed for the bank. The bank was a private institution with a capital stock of $40,000. The liabilities are given at $30,000 and the assets at $15,000. Ba. financial management is given as the cause of the failure. No recever has been appointed by the court. This morning Referee in Bank ruptey Richardson received a telegram that the Bank of Comanche had failed. The president of the bank, Captain Brown, is the father of the cashier of Rush Springs bank. What effect the failure of the other is not known. Both banks had a strong rating among the financial firms of the country and their failure was a shock to the depositors of the institutions. Referee Richardson went to Comanche this evening to look after the business incident to the closure of the bank.
