In the Interest of Truth. YOUNGSTOWN, 0.-Dispatches having gone out from here to the press, stating that a run had been made on the banks here, which continued for a time and ceased is erroneous No run has been made on any bank here except the Commercial National. This bank called upon the First National, Second National, Mahoning National and Wick Bros. & Co. for assistance. It submitted to these banks a statement and turned over to them paper and collateral amply sufficient to meet all the deposits the Commercial National owes. This action of the associated banks has had the effect to allay all fears. There has been no run on any other bank nor is there any probability. Will you publish the the above dispatch in the interest of truth? WM. P. CAMPBELL, Mayor.

This bank called upon the other banks-the First National, the Second National, the Mahoning National and Wick Bros. & Co.-for assistance.
