BARBER BANK NOTES. We have received several inquiries from holders of notes which were given by the Barber Bank officials to the depositors in either the Bank of Wauseon or the Wauseon Savings & Trust Co., in regard to the legal notices that have appeared in the Tribune for the past two weeks to those having claims against either of the above institutions. We have been informed by representatives of the receivers that holders of the Barber notes do not need to file any claims as all such notes are held by the Security Bank & Trust Company of Toledo as trustee and the filing of proof of such claims will be filed by that institution.
