NATIONAL BANK DOORS CLOSED First National Bank of Galion, Ohio, Was Closed This Morning By Its Board of Directors. By Associated Press. Washington, D. C., Feb. 15-The Comptroller of the Currency is informed that the board of directors of the First National Bank of Galion, Ohio, closed its doors this mo.ning. The institution is capitalized at $100,000. It has a surplus of about $20,000, deposits of nearly $250,000, loans and discounts of about $260,000. The bank was established in 1864. By Associated Press. Washington, D. C., Feb. 15-National Bank Examiner Robert Lyons has been appointed receiver of the Galion, Ohio, National Bank.
