Market Is Feverish. New York, Dec. 18.--There was a renewal of Saturday's Equidation on the resumption of business in the stock market this morning. Trading was on a large scale. Declines of one to two points were affected in prominent specialties and losses in railroads were limited to fractions. Southern Pacine receded a point. A raily in sugar steadied the market tem porarily but speculation was very feverish, many shares vibrating a point or so either way. The supporting movement around 11 o'clock came to a sudden end when the announcement was made of the suspension of the Trust company. This news was further intensified by the failure of a board member. Liquidation
