BANK IN TROUBLE DENVER, Jan. 31.-The Farmers State Bank of Windsor, Weld county, Colo., was taken over by the state bank examiner today. The bank's deposits aggregate $135,000. It has a capital of $15,000 and a surplus of $6.500. At the bank examiner's office here today it was announced the institution had "run out of funds."
