A BIG SUIT DECIDED. An Albany Bank to Recover About $150,000. NEW YORK, April 26.-In the suit of W. Anderson, receiver of the national bank of Albany, N. Y., against Kissam Whitney & company, brokers of this city, to recover $225,000 paid them by the defaulting President George H. Warner a verdict was rendered this morning in favor of the bank for $103,000 and $46,000 interest. The receiver claimed the brokers had guilty knowledge of Warners peculations.
