General vs. International Bank of Commerce of Tucumeari, New Mexico. defendant, No. 1022. Notice is hereby given that H. B. Jones of Tueumeari. New Mexico. has been appointed by the Court Receiver of the defendant bank in said cause, and that on the 1st day of March. A. D., 1912. the said court made an order in said cause whereby it was ordered and adjudged that the time within which creditors of the International Bank of Com. merce of Tueumeari, New Mexico, shall present their claims and make proof thereof before Receiver of Referee here. in. shall be limited to three months from the 1st day of March, 1912. and that all creditors and claimants failing to present their respective claims with. in said time shall be barred from participating in the distribution of assets of said corporation. and all creditors of said corporation will take due no. tice thereof. No. 1062 Said defendant is hereby notified that suit has been commenced against you in said court and cause whereby plaintiff seeks judgment on account of your promissory note to the International Bank of Commerce of Tucumeari, New Mexico, dated Dec. 14, 1911, for principal sum of $150.00, with interest from March 13, 1912, at 10 per cent per annum, on which there remains due $167.06, with interest at ten per cent per annum from May 2nd, 1912, for said amount and for costs of suit, and that your goods, moneys, property and effects have been garnisheed in the hands of the Garnishee, El Paso & Southwestern, and you are notified that unless you enter or cause to be entered your appearance herein and answer said complaint, on or before the 27th day of July, A. The defendant Reubin Doss is hereby notified that plaintiff has filed an action againt you in the above styled court and cause whereby he seeks to recover judgment against you on account of your promissory note of November 11th, 1911, to International Bank of Commerce of Tueumeari, New Mexico, on which there remains due and unpaid the sum of $100.00, with interest thereon from December 10th. 1911, at the rate of ten per cet per annum, and ten per cent of the amount thereof for attorneys fees as provided by said note, and that under a writ of attachment issued in said cause your property, to-wit, Northeast quarter of section seven, township ten. north, of range thirty-one east, N.
