AROUND THE COURT HOUSE Suit to quiet the title to certain real estate was filed in the district court yesterday by William H. Ode against the Broadway Land and Investment company et al. A divorce case was filed yesterday by Nestor Padilla against Marie B. de Padilla. Following the hearing on the final account of H. P. Owen, receiver for the Montezuma Trust company, the district court discharged the receiver and exonerated him from further liability as the business of the receivership has been completed.
