The capital stock of the bank is $30,000; surplus, $6,000; deposits, about $125,000. The officers are: A. Richards, president; W. H. Kuhlman, cashier.

Chester Bank Suspends The Chester State Bank, Chester, suspended business Thursday upon order of its board of directors to reorganize, said Secretary Luikart of the state banking department. The capital stock of the bank is $30,000; surplus, $6,000; deposits, about $125,000. The officers are: A. Richards, president; W. H. Kuhlman, cashier.β€”Lincoln State Journal. Mr. and Mrs. Fred Nunnenkamp, of Elba, came Thursday evening for a visit with relatives and friends. Friday, Mr. Nunnenkamp went to Wichita, Kansas, on business. They returned home Monday morning. Hebron College offers two years of accredited college work. Two years for the cost of one. Dr. and Mrs. W. G. Hopfer and Miss Olga, and Rev. and Mrs. F. H. Schwerin and little daughter autoed to Spring Ranch, last week Wednesday evening, and helped J. Richard Bell celebrate his third birthday anniversary, at the home of his parents, Mr. and Mrs. F. E. Bell. Miss Olga remained there for a week's visit.
