By virtue of an Alias Execution to me directed from the Circuit Court of St. Clair County, Illinois in favor of Guy Hitt, Conservator of the First National Bank of East St. Louis, and against G. Winning and Gretchen Winning, I have this ninth day of February, 1935, levied on all the right, title and interest of G. Winning and Gretchen Winning, in and to the following described real estate to-wit: Lot 38, block 4, Rebhan Place, as per plat thereof recorded in the Recorder's Office of St. Clair County, Illinois in Book of Plats "K" on page 38; situated in the city of East St. Louis, County of St. Clair, State of Illinois, Which I will expose to Public Sale, on the 15th day of March, 1935, at the north front door of the Court House, in the City of Belleville, in St. Clair County, Illinois, to the highest and best bidder, for ready money.
