Additional New Jersey Banks Which Will Reopen Today Twelve additional New Jersey State banks will reopen today for unrestricted business by authority of Colonel William H. Kelly. State banking commissioner. Commissioner order last night creases the total State banks allowed to operate without limit to 170 The list supplements lists of 64 in clearing house centres which reopened Tuesday and 97 which yesterday.
