COURT MINUTES Circuit Court Orville E. Wells vs. Bert O. Renbarger. Petition. By agreement of parties the court now orders that all salaries of the sheriff and deputies and emoluments of the office of sheriff of Grant county due up to and including Feb. 14, 1935, to be paid to contestee, Bert O. Renbarger, or to his several deputies entitled to same, after said date all of said salaries and emoluments to be paid to contestor, Orville E. Wells, and the several deputies or employes appointed by him. Salary as matron of county jail from Jan. 1 to Feb. 14 to be paid to Mrs. Bert O. Renbarger, after said last date to be paid to newly appointed matron. The Prudential Insurance Co. of America vs. Charles W. Hendey et al. Foreclosure first mortgage. All defendants called and defaulted. Cause submitted; evidence heard; finding for plaintiff that allegations of the complaint are true and that plaintiff is entitled to recover on note and mortgage in suit and for foreclosure and sale. Mark T. Highley vs. Anna Highley et al. Partition. Appearance of Condo, Van Atta and Batton for defendant, Castle, withdrawn. Van Camp Hardware and Iron Co. vs. Bond B. Barney et al. Account. Defendant is called and defaulted. Cause submitted; evidence heard; finding for plaintiff that allegations of the complaint are true and that plaintiff recover $136.27 with relief.
