Theodore Dunning, sometimes known as John T. Dunning, and his wife Finelia Dunning, John A. Beck, Frank Hagerman, Harry E. Mooney and Sanford B. Ladd, receivers of the Lombard Investment Company, the Lombard Investment Company and the Bank of Swanton, Nebraska, defendants. Dublic notice is hereby given, tbat under. and by virtue of the judgment rendered in the above entitled action, in and by the above named Court, and of an order of sale issued on said judgment, to me directed and delivered, I will on Monday, May 1, 1899, at the hour 01 clock p. m of said day, at the east door of the court house, In Phillipsburg, in the county of Phillips, State of Kansas, offer at public sale and sell to the highest oidder for cash in hand, the following described real property, viz: the west half of the southwest quarter and the southeast quarter of the southwest quarter and the southwest quar ter of the southeast quarter of section nine (9), township two (2) range seventeen (17), all in the county of Phillips, state of Kanasas; first offering for sale and selling the south sixty acres of the west half of the southwest quarter, and the southeast quarter of the southwest quarter and the southwest quarter of the southeast quarter of section nine (9), township two (2), range seventeen (17), in Phillips county, Kansas, and if same doesn't bring sufficient to satisfy the claim of the plaintiff and the claim of the defendant, and all costs herein, you will immediately offer for sa le and sell the north twenty acres of the west half of the southwest quarter of said section nine (9), township two (2), range seventeen (17), in Phillips county, Kansas.
