Clay vs. Board and Owen, appeal taken. Collier & Greer, appeal taken. Hatcher vs. Emerson, appeal taken. Miller vs. Crigler et al, on trial. Crigler et al vs. City of Mexico et al, defendant files motion to dissolve injunction; continued to next term. Lakenan & Barnes vs. McNama & Elliott, motion to garnishee allowance fee; continued.
