DENVER. Special Dispatch to The Chicago Tribune. DENVER, Col., Sept. 26.-The city is free from all monetary excitement. The banks here are all doing business as usual. All of them have large surplus of currency, and profess to be able to cope with any emergeney that may arise. Thus far, but one suspension has occurred, and that is regarded 88 only temporary. A run upon the First National of Georgetown closed its doors yesterday. The only people who have been anxious about their money are the miners. Many of them made runs on the banks in the mining districts. Thus far their action has not affected In the least the stability of these instituions, except in one instance. The business communiy is quite cheerful, and there is no stagnation whatever in any branch of trade throughout the Territory. &
