FORMER BANKER IS HELD UNDER ARREST ST. PAUL. Nebr. April (P) Roy Appel, former cashier of the First State bank of Dannebrog. which failed about two years ago, custody here today, charged three counts with forgery. He was arrested Sheriff Highley Chappell, Appel recently his home. The former cashier is charged with having forged check for $275 Swen Williamson: other for signed "Marie Stockholm" and third for $140, signed "Carl M. Jorgensen.'
