SHERIFF'S SALE Notice is hereby given that by virtue of an order sale issued out of the office of the Clerk of the District Court of Hall County, in an action wherein H. Peterson. Re ceiver of the Farmers' State Bank of Bushnell, Nebraska, corporation, was Plaintiff, and Orlie F. Lappincott, Florence Lippincott, husband and wife; the Company. corporation; Rhoda Meyer; Hilsabeck, Loraine Hilsabeck, Clyde his wife; Minnie Wolfe; B. Hilsabeck; Bank of Gretna, Gretna, CounNebraska, Defendants, and to me directed and delivered Sheriff of said County, will Tuesday, the 3rd day of March, 1925, at o'clock of said day, at the main front door of the Court House, the city of Grand Island, Hall County, braska sell at public auction to the highest bidder for cash, the following described premises: Lots and in Section 28, and the West Half (W½) of the Northeast Quarter (NE%) and the Northeast Quarter (NE%) of the Northeast Quarter (NE%) and the Northeast Quarter (NE%) of the Quarter (SW¹), and Lots and Section 33, all in Township North, Range 12, west of the 6th M., Hall County, Nebraska.
