Notice of Hearing To Determine Heirs In the County Court of Custer County, Jebraska. In the matter of the Estate of Edgar Johnson, Deaceased. Notice of Hearing to Determine Heirs. To the Heirs, the Creditors and all persons interested in Said Estate-Take Notice: That a petition has been filed in the County Court of Custer County, Nebraska, by I. A. Kirk, Receiver of the State Bank of Ansley, praying for an order and decree determining the heirs of said deceased, the degree of kinship and the right of descent of the following described real estate to-wit: Southwest Quarter of Section 15, Township 16 North, Range 18, West of the 6th P. M., Custer County, Nebraska. Said petition alleging that Edgar Johnson departed this life intestate on the 30th day of March, 1909. That at the date of his death he was a resident of Delaware County, State of New York, that he died siezed of the title in fee of the above described real es. tate, and the the person named in said petition are the sole and only heirs of decedent. The petitioner claims to be the owner of and interested in the above described real estate. Hearing on said petition is hereby fixed before the County Court of said County at the County Court Room in Broken Bow, Nebraska, on the 2nd day November, 1929, at 10 o'clock A. M., and all parties may appear and show cause, if any, why such orders and decrees as prayed should not be made.
