Charges of Forgery and Embezzlement are Brot Against N. D. Collector Stanley, N. D., Oct. 20.-Two charges, one of embezzlement and the other of forgery, have just been filed in district court here against C. F. Peterson, who has been employed as a collector for the receiver of closed banks. This makes a total of three criminal charges preferred against Peterson, another charge of embezzlement having been filed a few weeks ago. The last two charges arise out of transactions in connection with the defunct Citizens State bank of Stanley and the other was in connection with work done for a closed bank at Lostwood. The total embezzlements alleged amount to about $1,200 State's Attorney C. N. Cotingham of Mountrail county said.
