Description

Articles (June–Aug 1921) report the Bank of Pueblo suspended after flood damage (insolvent as of June 13, 1921). A statement was filed with the State Bank Commissioner and legal action followed, indicating failure and permanent closure; no reopening is reported. I infer state charter because the State Bank Commissioner handled the case.
