LEGAL NOTICES PUBLICATION NOTICE THE STATE OF OKLAHOMA: To the Defendants, Pauline Palmer and Mary Inez Temple, GREETING: Said defendants will take notice that they have been sued in the District Court of Atoka County, Oklahoma, in Case No. 5938, wherein Josephine Heilig is Plaintiff, and O. A. Kuykendall et al are defendants, for the purpose of obtaining a judgment of foreclosure for the satisfaction of a mortgage debt in the sum of $1,401.43, with interest at ten per cent per annum from September 19th, 1935, and the further sum of $150.00 attorney's fees and costs, and for foreclosure of a certain mortgage dated April 25th, 1919, executed by Roy Caldwell and Myrtle Caldwell, his wife, to Gum Brothers Company, securing the sum of $1400.00, covering the following described real estate in Atoka County, Oklahoma, to-wit: The Southeast Quarter of the Northeast Quarter; and the East Half of the Southwest Quarter of the Northeast Quarter; and the Southwest quarter of the Southwest Quarter of the Northeast Quarter of Section Thirty (30) Township Two (2) South, Range Ten (10) East of the Indian Meridian, containing 70 acres, more or less, and for the appointment of a receiver, and that they must answer Plaintiff's Petition on or before the 13th day of December, 1935, or said petition will be taken as true and judgment for said Plaintiff will be rendered accordingly, foreclosing said mortgage, appointing a receiver and ordering said premises sold without appraisement, and forever barring and foreclosing all of said Defendants from all right, title, lien, interest and equity of redemption in said real estate.
