LEGAL NOTICES PUBLICATION NOTICE THE STATE OF OKLAHOMA: To the Defendants, Pauline Palmer and Mary Inez Temple, GREETING: Said defendants will take notice that they have been sued in the District Court of Atoka County, Oklahoma, in Case No. 5938, wherein Josephine Heilig is Plaintiff, and O. A. Kuykendall et al are defendants, for the purpose of obtaining a judgment of foreclosure for the satisfaction of a mortgage debt in the sum of $1,401.43, with interest at ten per cent per annum from September 19th, 1935, and the further sum of $150.00 attorney's fees and costs, and for foreclosure of a certain mortgage dated April 25th, 1919, executed by Roy Caldwell and Myrtle Caldwell, his wife, to Gum Brothers Company, securing the sum of $1400.00, covering the following described real estate in Atoka County, Oklahoma, to-wit: The Southeast Quarter of the Northeast Quarter; and the East Half of the Southwest Quarter of the Northeast Quarter; and the Southwest quarter of the Southwest Quarter of the Northeast Quarter of Section Thirty (30) Township Two (2) South, Range Ten (10) East of the Indian Meridian, containing 70 acres, more or less, and for the appointment of a receiver, and that they must answer Plaintiff's Petition on or before the 13th day of December, 1935, or said petition will be taken as true and judgment for said Plaintiff will be rendered accordingly, foreclosing said mortgage, appointing a receiver and ordering said premises sold without appraisement, and forever barring and foreclosing all of said Defendants from all right, title, lien, interest and equity of redemption in said real estate. Bowen and Mrs. J. B. Bowen, if living, or if dead, then the unknown heirs, administrators, devisees, trustees and assigns, immediate and remote, Liberty Central Trust Company, Federal Reserve Bank of Dallas, Texas, and Jeff Hooker, receiver of the First National Bank of Coalgate. Said defendants, J. B. Bowen and Mrs. J. B. Bowen, if living, or if dead, then the unknown heirs, administrators, devisees, trustees and assigns immediate and remote, Liberty Central Trust Company, Federal Reserve Bank of Dallas, Texas, and Jeff Hooker, receiver of the First National Bank of Coalgate, will take notice that the said plaintiff, Mary Strachan, on the 9th day of April, 1935, filed her petition in the district court in and for Atoka County, State of Oklahoma, against the said defendants, and that the said defendants must answer said petition on or before the 14th day of December, 1935, or said petition will be taken as true and judgment will be taken against said defendants, and each of them, for the sum of $1200.00 with interest at 10% from the 1st day of April, 1935, and the further sum of $140.00 attorney fees and all costs of this action; and a further judgment rendered against the said defendants J. B. Bowen and Mrs. J. B. Bowen, if living, or if dead, then their unknown heirs, administrators, devisees, trustees, executors, immediate and remote, Liberty Central Trust Company, Federal Reserve Bank of Dallas, Texas, and Jeff Hooker, receiver of the First National Bank of Coalgate for the foreclosure of a certain mortgage, securing said promissory note and of even date herewith, upon the following described real estate lying and situated in the County of Atoka, State of Oklahoma to-wit: Northwest quarter of Section 34, Township 2 North, Range 12 East, and containing 160 acres, more or less.
