Grant Extradition Of Oberon Banker Sacramento, Calif., Jan. 6.-(AP)Extradition of Ernest I. Tebler from Los Angeles to North Dakota to answer to a charge of embezzling $9,900 from the bank of Oberon was approved by the governor's office Tuesday. The documents filed here stated the bank of Oberon became insolvent, closed its doors and passed into the hands of a receiver after Tobler allegedly disappeared with cash, checks and exchange bills. He was the bank's assistant cashier.
