# Foreclosure Sale. Notice is hereby given, that that certain mortgage executed and delivered by Robert Brouse and Clara Brouse his wife, mortgagors, to The Bank of Minot, dated the 12th day of August, 1890, and filed for record in the office of the Register of Deeds of the county of Ramsey add State of North Dakota on the 13th day of August, 1890, and recorded in Book - of mortgages, upon page - and assigned by the said The Bank of Minot, by A. B. Guptill, Receiver, to Wm. H. Brown, Trustee, which assignment has been duly recorded; and whereas, no action at law, or other proceedings has been had to collect said debt or any part thereof will be foreclosed by a sale of the premises in such mortgage and hereinafter described, at the front door of the court house in the City of Devils Lake, in the county of Ramsey, and state of North Dakota, at the hour of two o'clock, p. m., on the 16th day of June, 1900 to satisfy the amount due on such mortgage on the day of sale. The premises in such mortgage which will be sold to satisfy the same, are described as follows: The northwest quarter of section No. twenty-six (26), township 156, north of range 61, containing 160 acres, the same being and lying in the county of Ramsey and state of North Dakota.
