Swanson, his wife, mortgagors, to the Bank of Minot, mortgagee, dated the 5th of June, 1890, and filed for record in the office of the register of deeds of the county of McLean, and state of North Dakora, on the 16th day of June, 1890. and recorded in BOOK 'A" of Mo: tanges at page 600. and assigned by A. P. Guptill, as receiver of the Bank of Minot, dated November 19, 1897. and filed for record in the office of the register of deeds of the county of MeLean and state of North Dakota, on the 29th day of January. 1898, to William H. Mann, and recorded in BOOK "C" of Mortgages at page 557, will be foreclosed by a sale of the premises in such mortgage. and hereinafter described at the front door of the court house in the county of McLean and state of North Dakota. at the hour of 20 clock P. m. on Friday.
