HAZEN BANK PAYS DIVIDEND Announcement that a second dividend of 10 per cent is being paid to creditors of the closed Citizens State bank of Hazen was made here today by L. R. Baird, receiver of closed state banks. Payment is being made through the office of P. A. O'Keefe, district manager for the receiver here.
