Bowman. the members thereof, and CHARLES FJERSTAD, Defendants. THE STATE OF MONTANA Sends reetings to the above-named defendnts and to each of them. You are hereby summoned to anwer the complaint in this action which is filed in the office of the Clerk of this Court, a copy of which S hereby served upon one of you in ach County wherein any of you reide, and to file your answer and erve a copy thereof upon the plainiff's attorney within twenty days fter service of this Summons, exlusive of the day of service; and in ase of your failure to appear or nswer, judgment will be taken gainst you, by default, for the reief demanded in the complaint. Action to foreclosure real estate nortgage made, executed and deliered on December 1, 1919, by defenlants, Ibsen and wife, to Farmers State Bank of Medicine Lake, Monana, in the sum of $3,000, and coverng the west half of the southeast quarter (W½SE%), and southwest [uarter (SW1/4) of Section two (2), Township thirty-three (33), North of Range fifty-eight (58) East M. M., and recorded in the office of the County Clerk and Recorder of Sheridan County, Montana, on December 9, 1919, at three (3) o'clock ). m. of said day, in Book 211 of Mortgages upon pages 477, 478 and 179 thereof, and which said mortgage was on April 5, 1920, sold, assigned and delivered to First Loan & Securities Company of Minneapolis, Minnesota, and thereafter sold by it o William O. Buesch and, on Augist 29, 1924, sold, assigned and delvered to the plaintiff, which is now he owner and holder thereof. Plainiff prays judgment for the amount f the mortgage with $48.74, for 925 taxes, paid by plaintiff Novemper 24, 1925, and for $47.97,- 1926 taxes, paid by plaintiff on November 9, 1926, and $57.83-1927 delinquent axes, paid by plaintiff on May 19, 1928, and with interest theron at welve (12) per cent per annum; for $9 cost of abstract, paid by plaintiff on May 16, 1928, and for $6 for a "urther continuation of said abstract, baid by plaintiff on April 18, 1929, and with interest from the dates afpresaid at ten (10) per cent per annum; for $200 attorney's fees, and for blaintiff's costs and disbursements; that said action be foreclosed according to law, and the land sold by the heriff, and the proceeds applied up-
